My favorite food

It was the last dinner at home. I won't be back until the next summer... So I decided to eat what I loved the most, croquettes!!!!! I made 13 balls:)

Yummy yummy!!!!

I have done my best to eat all the food I love. Today those croquettes marked the climax. I have no regrets:)

Thank you!!

Hot summer

Why is it so hot this year?? With little rain, too strong sunlight. The temperature never falls even at night. Though I love eating ice-creams under the sunlight, it’s just too hot to go out to buy them to begin with!!! A lot of people have died of this heat. Especially kids and the elderly have been the main victims. I heard the temperature will remain high until October. I hope Nanjing, one of the hottest places in China, won't be that hot.

Too strong sunlight makes skin red. It also produces "future" liver spots deep under the skin. It's a big problem to many Japanese girls, who want to be "sunburn free" all the time. They, including me, use strong sunscreen and some of them even end in damaging their skin because of it. Poor Japanese girls!!

But I love taking pictures under the scorching sun. The contrast of an object and the blue sky is just amazing! Today I took a pic of a sunflower at the garden.

Very beautiful, isn't it?? In our garden, many sunflowers are still in bloom.

Tomorrow, I'll leave for Seoul. Hope to eat many hot food!!!

Zaijian!!

Busy in packing

Only two days are left before leaving my homeland, Japan. Now I'm staying at my parents' house, having a really relaxing time with my family. They always takes me to nice restaurants. So I always get fat after spending a week here... This time, it's not the exception. Rather, they try even harder to "feed" me with delicious food. Today we went to a bar in the neighborhood. We ate lots of fresh and yummy Japanese food.  They finally succeeded making me happy!!

In this blog, I'll write about my life in Nanjing such as how I study there, what the dormitory is like... Though my English and Chinese are not fluent enough, I'll try to write as often as possible. It would be a great practice:p I hope you will enjoy reading this blog, Shampoo in Nanjing.
